The Renaissance Coffee Shop is a comfortable Bed and Breakfast guesthouse close to the centre of Lavenham, England's best-preserved medieval village. It has many historic streets of timber-framed houses kept in beautiful condition (some dating back to the 14th Century) a historic and famous church, and a large market square overlooked by the ancient Guildhall. There are 4 pubs, all serving food ranging from pub grub to fine dining, as well as a superb French restaurant and an excellent new Indian restaurant and take-away. Just a few minutes' walk to the pubs, shops and tourist attractions, we have an ensuite King Size room and a Family Room with a double and a single bed. For more information about the rooms, please click on the links to the left. We serve a continental or Full English breakast in our Coffee House, or on a sunny day in the private walled garden. We also have a summer house in the garden where you can read, paint or just rest in peace and quiet.
